VS KHALIL AHMAD Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , ---Preamble & S.15--Object of Ordinance--Main object of Ordinance, is to make effective provisions for regulation of relations between landlords and tenants and to protect their interests m respect of rented premises and not to confer any new right of eviction on landlords--Ordinance pre-supposes existence of landlord's right to immediate possession, but his such right would be limited by. provisions of S.15 of Ordinance--Landlord, though has got a right to evict tenant under general law, yet he cannot get possession of premises unless one or other conditions specified in S.15 of Ordinance are complied with.
