QAMAR-UN-NISA VS NOOR ELAHI West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--15 , Ss. 13 & 15(4)--eviction of tenant--Appeal filed by person not a party to ejectment proceedings--Locus standi of such person--Appellant's application to join ejectment proceedings during pendency thereof, rejected by Rent Controller and appeal against such order dismissed by First Appellate Court--High Court agreeing with Appellate Court's finding that appellant being daughter-in-law of ejected tenant has been put up as a person to defeat order of ejectment--Such appellant, held, lacked locus standi to file appeal against order of ejectment having been passed against her father-in-law--Appellant being not a party to ejectment proceedings her appeal against eviction order was dismissed in circumstances.--[Locus standi].
