NARGIS VS ABDUL RAZAK Code of Civil Procedure 1908--141 , Code of Civil Procedure 1908 Ss.141 & 151--Sind Rented Premises Ordinance (XVII of 1979), S.21-Appeal against rejection of objection petition of intervenor in execution proceedings and against his ejectment from premises alongwith application for restoration of possession--Competency of--Rent Controller, held, could not entertain objections in a case where objector claimed tenancy right in his favour in the execution of eviction order--Scope of execution proceedings under Ordinance XVII of 1979 being very much limited, Rent Controller could not entertain objections filed by intervenor who was claiming tenancy rights in his favour as the same would be a question foreign to rent proceedings--Appeal against ejectment and dismissal of objection petition being devoid of merit was dismissed alongwith application for restoration of possession by High Court.
