MUHAMMAD ASLAM VS MUHAMMAD ASLAM Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S. 15 (2) (vii)--Business premises--Personal bona fide requirement-Burden to prove--Burden of proof that landlord required premises in good faith for use of his sons would be on landlord--Landlord would have to satisfy Rent Controller that he required premises in good faith--Mere assertion of landlord that he being landlord had better knowledge of his own requirement would not be sufficient to obtain eviction of tenant.
