SAMIULLAH VS BEGUM JAHAN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Ss. 15 & 21--Bona fide requirement--Landlord requiring shop for his sons who were doing embroidery work in their house--Evidence produced by landlord showing that said business was started by her sons about same time when agreement was executed--Landlord's own statement in cross-examination also making it clear that her sons were already engaged in business and were not going to start new business after attaining majority for which reason premises in question were required by him--Landlord failing to discharge burden to prove good faith or bona fides which very heavily rested on his shoulders--Benefit of failure to prove good faith on part of landlord going to tenant--Order of eviction set aside.
