MUHAMMAD ISMAIL VS SULTAN MUHAMMAD Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--21 , Ss. 14 & 21(1)--eviction application--Maintainability of-eviction application filed by retired landlord under section 14 of Ordinance, 1979 was dismissed on ground that no prior notice in accordance with law was sent by landlord to tenant--Dismissal order of Rent Controller, on appeal, was set aside and matter was remanded to Rent Controller for fresh disposal on merits--Tenant, in view of remand order, held, was estopped from challenging that eviction application was not maintainable.
