SHEERIN BAI VS MUHAMMAD HANIF West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959 ---S.13(5-B)--Sind Rented Premises Ordinance (XVII of 1979), S.21(1)--Right of tenant for restriction of possession--Right asserted by tenant under S.13(5-B) of Ordinance VI of 1959 for restoration of possession of shop in reconstructed building; held, could not be defeated by sale of building, by original landlord who got tenant evicted on ,ground of reconstruction--Transferee from original landlord was bound under S.13(5-B) of Ordinance VI of 1959 to restore possession of such shop to heirs of deceased tenant from whom original landlord obtained possession through eviction order on ground of reconstruction.
