SHAKIL AHMED VS KUBRABAI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--21 , ---Ss.15(2)(ii) & 21--eviction of tenant--Default in payment of rent-- Refusal on part of landlady to accept rent tendered through cheque by person other than tenant, held, was neither unreasonable nor could be described as arbitrary--Similarly subsequent receipt of rent by landlady's son, would not have effect of erasing consequences of default already committed by deceased tenant.
