BAKHSH ELAHI VS WASIF ALI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--14 , ---S.14--Interpretation, object and purpose of S.14--Ejectment on ground of bona fide personal need of landlord--Time at which occupation of a building owned by landlord himself would attract disqualification, discussed--Landlord, held, was disqualified from invoking provisions of S.14, notwithstanding the fact that he was in occupation of a building owned by him in any locality and such other building was not suitable for his needs--Unsuitability of another building in occupation of landlord, would, therefore, be no ground for not applying bar contained in S.14(2) in the context of the purpose for which eviction was sought under S.14.
