MUHAMMAD YOUNUS VS MANSOOR ALI (DECEASED) S.15---eviction petition---Sub-letting---Scope---Tenants assailed orders passed by courts below whereby they were directed to vacate the demised premises---Validity---Landlord had claimed that the tenants had made illegal alterations; they had created a new portion and the said portion was sub-let---After passing of the impugned order by the Trial Court, a sub-tenant had filed an application under S.12(2), C.P.C., in the case for setting aside the order of eviction passed therein---Sub-tenant had claimed that he was inducted in the demised premises against payment of a huge amount as pugree and in support of his version he had produced an agreement as well as several receipts issued in his favour by the tenant---Sub-letting of the demised premises was established on record---High Court declined interference--- Constitutional petition was dismissed.
