ALI MUHAMMAD VS KHALIL AHMED ALLAHWALA Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--21 , Ss. 10, 16 & 21--Arrears of rent--Tentative rent order--Landlord refusing to accept money order and tenant depositing same in Court with permission--When application under S. 16 of Ordinance filed by landlord there were no arrears of rent--Order passed by Rent Controller directing tenant to deposit arrears of rent, held, bad in law--Order of Rent Controller for deposit of arrears of rent and for eviction of tenant set aside and case remanded for further proceedings according to law and decision on merits.
