ABDUL KADIR MUSSAWIR VS FATIMA BIBI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 -Ss. 15 & 21--Ejectment on ground of default--Tenant sending rent through money order--Tender of rent by money order, held, was correct and landlord should have accepted same--After refusal by landlord to accept rent tenant depositing same in Court--No default was made out against tenant in circumstances.--Ss. 15 & 21--Ejectment of tenant on ground of bona fide personal requirement--Tenant's wife owning house in same urban area--Rent Controller, held, could order eviction on such ground provided personal need of landlord proved to be bona fide.
