C. although not applicable to cases of eviction of tenants under Ordinance yet principles of said provisions could be invoked and any procedure could be adopted by Rent Controller unless expressly prohibited-Legal representatives not appearing-Petition could be dismissed for non-prosecution but if legal representatives or any of them appeared Court could not refuse to substitute them for deceased--Concept of abatement will nevertheless be kept in view and followed by Rent Controller.-[Abatement].
