GEORGE LEVI VS ZAKIA SULTANA Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--14 , --S. 14-Personal requirement-Landlady stating that she required premises for her own use and occupation - Rent Controller ordinarily need not unnecessarily start with presumption that she was not stating truth-Such presumption, held, rebuttable and could be displaced by acceptable evidence-Mere statement that case of landlady was false, not sufficient to prove falsity of landlady's case by trying to show that her real purpose was to enhance rent has failed-Landlady's sufficient means to start business not denied-Law does not prohibit a person from carrying on business who was not carrying on any business-eviction order maintained in circumstances.
