KAWAKAB BEGUM VS ABUL FAZAL KAUSAR Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--14 , -- S. 14(1) & (2)-eviction proceedings---Landlady widow, retired Government servant and also having attained age of 60 years a privileged person under S. 14-Held, entitled to possession of shop under S. 14(1) irrespective of fact that she is in possession of residential portion of same building-Possession of residential portion irrelevant for purpose of subsection (1) of S. 14 because purpose for which portion in possession is being used is different from purpose for which possession of rented premises is sought.
