SALEH MUHAMMAD VS HALIMA Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , -- S. 15-eviction proceedings-Order of Rent Controller that there existed no relationship of landlord and tenant between parties arrived at after full discussion and appreciation of evidence and after considering relevant provisions of law-Copy of P. T. 1. issued by Excise and Taxation Department not showing names of petitioners as tenants and respondents failing to prove that petitioners were liable to pay rent for disputed premises-Petitioners, held, being not tenant, not liable to pay rent and as such their eviction from disputed premises declined.
