MUHAMMAD SHAKIL VS STAR TEXTILE MILLS LTD West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968--S.O. 15 , West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 ---S. O. 15 (4)--Charge-sheet-Service of-Not required by law Misconduct must be brought to notice of accused workman within one month of commission of misconduct -Accused under licence occupying residential quarter provided by employer-Licence providing eviction at any time without assigning any reasons- Charged for wilful disobedience of lawful order for vacating the quarter--First notice asking for vacation stating that in case of his failure to vacate necessary proceedings would be taken against him Workman failing to vacate quarter hence second notice issued after two months expressly asserting that in case of failure to obey order disciplinary proceedings would be taken-Charge-sheet objected as time-barred having been issued much after one month of first notice--Notice of misconduct having been brought to notice of accused within one month of second notice domestic enquiry proceedings, in circumstances, held, did not suffer from any infirmity.
