GHULAM YASIN VS MUHAMMAD JAHANGIR West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , --- S. 13 (2) (fl) (a)-Sub-lessee claiming to become co-sharer of landlord on demise of original owner-eviction of-Sub-lessee (party in ejectment proceedings) in occupation initially through tenant but on demise of original landlord alleging to become co. sharer in property -=Held, mere claim of co-ownership by such tenant of no effect on eviction of tenant ; licensee or sub-lessee automatically liable to eviction and in such cases initial induction of tenant into property to be looked at-Held further, concurrent orders and decrees of two courts below not to deprive such sub-tenant of lawful share in property and any finding recorded or observation made by Rent Controller not to prejudice sub-lessee to establish his right or title or to obtain any other relief from Court.
