ALAM Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--14 , S. 14-Salaried employee filing application for eviction of tenant for personal use when he was due to retire within next six months but Rent Controller rejecting application on wrong assumption that landlord had already retired when in fact notification of retirement not yet issued-Finding of Rent Controller regarding date of retirement held not sustainable and his further finding that landlord rented out premises after retirement and therefore not entitled to privilege under S. 14 based on wrong assumption.
