ABDUL GHAFFAR VS AISHA BAI West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , S. 13-eviction proceedings-Bona fide personal requirement-Factum that landlord demanded more rent than agreed upon, held, relevant factor in ascertaining his bona fade, but it cannot be considered conclusive factor for holding that he failed to prove his personal bona fide requirement and in case Court is satisfied from evidence on record that ground of personal requirement has been made out, it will grant an application for ejectment notwithstanding fact of his demanding more than agreed rent.
