SADIQ VS INTEKHAB HYDER ABEDI Evidence Act 1872--58 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--21 , West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , Art. 199--Petitioner neither owner nor lessee of land occupied by him and same neither vesting in Society of which respondents members and steps of eviction could be taken by Society in accordance with law-Police, held, had no authority in law to evict petitioner or any other occupant and Society concerned has only right to evict petitioner and others but in due course of law.
