RIAZ KHAN VS SODAGAR KHAN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , S. 15-eviction proceedings-Landlord owning six houses including one in question and one lying vacant for his son-Landlord admitting to have sold house occupied by his son for whom premises in question required to be vacated and this sale took place prior to filing of application for eviction-Fact also admitted that one house was vacated by tenant five months ago-Evidence on record showing landlord getting houses vacated and selling same and in this process sold at least nine houses-No explanation furnished by landlord in respect of house lying vacant required by his another son who wanted to live separately-Requirements of landlord, held, not bona fide-eviction of tenant declined.
