T. O. of disputed premises already issued in favour of respondent tenant -- Tenant stopping payment of rent when P. T. D. issued claiming himself as owner - Subsequently P. T. O. and P. T. D. cancelled by High Court - Respondent, having become tenant, held cannot deny or challenge same Tenancy having been forfeited in circumstances, tenant liable to ejectment.
