SHAMIM AKHTAR VS INSHA ALLAH BEGUM West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , S. 13 (6)-Striking of defence-Order passed under S. 13(6)-Terminates on final determination of proceedings before Rent Controller-Order of eviction passed by Rent Controller on 10th July 1976, and appeal accepted on 22nd June 1977-Tenants, held, not bound to comply with Rent Controller's order under S. 13(6) passed on 24th September 1975, and as such rent for February 1979, even if deposited on 16th May 1977 could not entail striking of defence of tenant.
