Chaudhry MUHAMMAD YOUNUS VS MAQSOOD ALAM S.13---eviction petition---Scope---Petitioners assailed order passed by courts below whereby they were directed to hand over the possession of the shops to the management of the Mosque---Contention of petitioners was that they had got constructed the shops being part of the management of the Mosque and had later on dis-associated themselves from the management---Validity---Affairs of the Mosque were to run through management, which included right to rent out its shop(s) as well possession thereof---Petitioner had remained a tenant---No ground existed for disturbing findings of lower rent authorities, including that of Appellate Court which was final authority---Petition was dismissed and the petitioners were directed to hand over possession of the shops to the management.
