HAKIM DIN VS MUHMMAD IRSHAD West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--2 , S. 13(3) (a) read with S. 2(e,)-eviction of tenant--Landlord means person entitled to receive rent, whether on his own account or on behalf of or for benefit of any other person-Step taken over by respondent on reconstitution of firm and for all practical purposes management of shop made over to him, entitling him to receive rent of shop from tenant-Respondent, held, relegated to position of landlord for ejectment of tenant in his own name-Relationship of landlord and tenant alone relevant in suits for ejectment and question of title to property may arise indirectly only to ascertain issue bearing on such relationship.
