ATTA RASOOL VS Haji MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE S. 7---eviction and mode of recovery as an interim relief---Trial Court allowed application filed by complainant, under S.7 of Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005, directing applicants/alleged illegal occupants to put the complainant in physical possession of subject property---Applicants had assailed said order---Validity---Prima facie, applicants had failed to establish their being in 'lawful possession' of property in question---Trial Court, in circumstances, had rightly allowed application filed by the complainant---No justification existed to interfere with said order.
