GHULAM MURTAZA VS Raja MUZAFFAR HUSSAIN S. 13---eviction petition---Sub-letting---Tenant sublet the shop to his brother-in-law (sublessee)---Contention of sublessee was that landlord had rented the shop to him through verbal agreement in 1995---Validity---Held, landlord had rented the shop to the tenant through agreement dated 26.8.2009---Such fact was admitted by sublessee in his replication and statement recorded in the Trial Court---Sublessee was a stranger to the agreement and he had no nexus with the shop rather had illegally and unauthorisedly occupied the same.
