Mrs. SADIA ISRAR VS Mrs. AFZAL YOUSAF S. 15---eviction of tenant---Personal bona fide need of landlord---Landlord had choice to plead that a particular property was required for his/her personal bona fide need---Landlord had sole prerogative to decide which premises was suitable for his/her requirements---Court to adopt a proactive role to curb unnecessary adjournments and ordinarily a matter especially rent and/or family should not be repeatedly adjourned and a maximum numbers of three adjournments and that too after recording the reason thereof in the interim orders should be granted to the parties---Parties could be asked to submit written arguments in such specified questions of law that ends of justice were served---Landlord required demised premises for her personal bona fide need---No mis-reading or non-reading of evidence had been committed by the courts below---Second appeal was dismissed, in circumstances.
