GULZAR HUSSAIN VS IMRAN ALI S. 15---Constitution of Pakistan, Art. 199--- Constitutional petition---Ejectment of tenant---Personal bona fide need of landlord---Scope---Both the courts below had examined the matter at considerable length and had also properly attended to the material placed before them---Landlord had established his case of personal bona fide need---Tenant had failed to adduce any convincing evidence in support of his assertions---Landlord had prerogative to choose among a number of places as to which place would suit him best---Premises required for grown-up children for their marriage purposes was bona fide personal need---If landlord had stepped into a witness-box and deposed that the premises was required for his personal bona fide need and his statement remained un-shettered then eviction petition should be allowed---Tenant had consented that the premises was required by the landlord for his personal bona fide need---Constitutional petition was dismissed in limine.
