UMAR ISLAM VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN through Secretary Defence, Rawalpindi S. 20---Constitution of Pakistan, Art. 199---Constitutional petition---Maintainability---Member of Armed Forces---Dismissal, removal or reduction by Chief of the Air Staff or other officers---Non-availability of right of appeal---Effect---No right of appeal is provided under any provision of Pakistan Air Force Act, 1953, to a person, removed from his service, in exercise of power under S. 20 of the Pakistan Air Force Act, 1953 and in such situation an aggrieved person cannot be denied the right to file constitutional petition on account of Art. 199(3) of the Constitution.
