MUHAMMAD NAEEM KHAN VS Mst.NAZILAT-UR-REHMAN S. 5, Sched.---Suit for dissolution of marriage---Scope---Petitioner assailed judgments and decrees passed by courts below whereby respondent's suit for dissolution of marriage was decreed---Validity---Claim of petitioner was that the respondent was in touch with strangers on her mobile phone---Such type of allegations against one's wife and that too without proof led to creation of a sense of cruelty and in the alternative turned the husband unbearable for his wife---No irregularity or illegality was found to have been committed by the courts below---Constitutional petition was dismissed.
