LIAQAT ALI alias KHABAR VS HABIBULLAH S.42---Entry in revenue record---Value of---Mere entry in the Revenue record does not always becomes a title document and when the other party is in possession of a registered instrument, then the revenue entry and the mutation loses its value as against the registered instrument---Mere omission of recording of mutation or revenue entry in the record of rights does not ipso facto renders the sale deed liable to be cancelled.
