MUHAMMAD YOUNUS VS MANSOOR ALI (DECEASED) S. 10---Payment of rent---Scope---Where there is no evidence with regard to refusal of the landlord to accept the rent so as to provide authority or justification to the tenant to deposit the rent in Court, and there being no evidence to that effect the tenant could not absolve himself from being a defaulter for the relevant period; and, it is mandatory for the tenant to bring sufficient and reliable evidence on record that the landlord had refused to accept the rent so as to entitle him for deposit of rent in Court.
