FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN VS NASIR MUNIR AHMED If the law provides a mechanism for doing an act, taking an action or initiating certain measures, then the same must be complied with as and when the law provided that thing to be done in that manner and if anything is done contrary or in deviation to that, the same shall be deemed to have not been done at all.
