EJAZ AHMAD BUTT VS SAMREENA S.14---appeal---Pecuniary jurisdiction---Scope---No provision in the Family Courts act, 1964 exists for regulating or restricting jurisdiction of the Family Courts in terms of valuation of the subject matter involved in family suits---Provisions of appeal under S. 14 of the Family Courts act, 1964, reaffirmed that no classification of jurisdiction on pecuniary basis is intended by the legislature for adjudication of matters relating to family affairs.
