MUNAWAR ALI VS UMAR DARAZ O.VII, R.11---Rejection of plaint---Jurisdiction, exercise of---Principles---Provisions of O.VII, R.11 of Civil Procedure Code were procedural in nature and had to be exercised only in exceptional circumstances, e.g. in cases where the court came to the conclusion that even if all the allegations were proved the plaintiff would not be entitled to any relief---Court had only to see whether any cause of action had been disclosed and it was immaterial for the court at an early stage of the case to see whether the plaintiff would be able to prove it or not which in any case could not be decided without framing of issues and recording of evidence.
