VS S. 3---abuse of dominant position---Scope---Where a dominant undertaking takes advantage of its dominant position and uses it as a bargaining tool to induce customers to accept certain trading conditions of its choice, such a practice comes under the umbrella of exclusionary practices and such practices are strictly prohibited under section 3of the Competition act, 2010.
