FARM PLANT VS The COLLECTOR OF CUSTOMS (ADJUDICATION-I) art.4---Right of individuals to be dealt with in accordance with law---Scope---article 4 of the Constitution says that every citizen enjoys the protection of law---Clause (a) of Sub-article (2) expresses that no action detrimental to the life, liberty, body, reputation or property of any person shall be taken except in accordance with law.
