GOVERNMENT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA VS SHER AMAN Contract employees--- Regularization in service--- Contractual employees had no vested right of regularization---Regularization cannot take place without statutory backing---In the absence of any law, policy or rules, an employee could not knock the door of the Court for regularization of his/her services.
