NADEEM QAYYUM VS State Extra-judicial confession--- Scope---Although an extra judicial confession is a weak type of evidence, conviction cannot be solely made on its basis but when such a confession is in conformity with the statements of other witnesses and the dead body is found on the basis of such confession then it cannot be simply ignored.
