IKRAMULLAH VS State absconsion---Scope---Mere absconscion of accused was not conclusive guilt of an accused---absconsion was only a suspicious circumstance against an accused that he was found guilty of the offence---However, suspicions after all were suspicions, the same could not take the place of proof, the value of absoncion, therefore, depended on the facts of each case.
