NISAR AHMED MORAI VS NATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY BUREAU Discrimination---Scope--- Challenging prosecution on the ground of discrimination cannot be complete valid defence to absolve an accused from criminal liability arising from his actions or inactions---Any person charged for an offence is answerable for his own acts or omissions and has to defend him in trial for the offence with which he has been charged.
