LIAQAT ALI VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Related and interested witness---Reliance---Scope---Accused was charged for committing murder of the nephew of the complainant---Defence alleged that the witnesses were near relatives to the deceased and were interested therefore their evidence could not be relied upon---Said plea of defence had no force as in the present matter, the eye-witnesses had sufficiently explained the date, time and place of occurrence as well as each and every event of the occurrence and were also nearest relatives of the accused having no enmity with him---Suggestion made to witnesses in respect of enmity in absence of proof had no value in the law---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt against the accused---Appeal against conviction was dismissed accordingly.
