FAZUL VS State S. 9---Possession of narcotics---Benefit of doubt---Scope---In order to bring home guilt in narcotic cases, prosecution must bring reliable evidence in support of its charge---Even a single doubt in the case against an accused would be sufficient to create a reasonable doubt instead of existence of series of contradictions.
