MUHAMMAD SALEEM (deceased) VS HABIB-UR-REHMAN S. 13(2)---Talb-i-Muwathibat---Burden of Proof---Complete chain of source of information---Informer became acquainted with the sale transaction from one person, who was never produced in evidence in order to prove the source of information---Onus to prove the basic source of information through which the pre-emptor attained the knowledge of sale always rests upon him, however, pre-emptor had failed to establish the whole chain of information---Civil revision was dismissed, in circumstances.
