Abid VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---Qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Recovery of weapon of offence---Reliance---Accused were charged for committing murder of the brother of complainant by inflicting axe blows---Case of prosecution had been strengthened from the recovery of crime weapon i.e. axe from the possession of appellant on the day of occurrence---Circumstances established that the prosecution had successfully proved the charge against the appellant beyond any shadow of reasonable doubt---Appeal against conviction was dismissed accordingly.
