ABID SHAHID ZUBERI VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN art. 184(3)---Constitution petition challenging the proposed Twenty-Sixth (26th) Constitutional amendment---Constitution petition and appeal dismissed as withdrawn---Counsel for the appellants/petitioners stated that he had been engaged on their behalf and had been instructed to withdrawl Civil Miscellaneous appeal No. 89 of 2024 and the unnumbered Constitution Petition, filed on 16 September 2024 in respect of which certain objections were noted by the Registrar's office---appellant No. 1 and the petitioner No. 1, who was earlier representing himself and was also the counsel of the other appellants/petitioners confirmed the statement made by the counsel---In such circumstances, Supreme Court declared that the said appeal and the unnumbered Constitution Petition were dismissed as withdrawn.
