Amjad Faiz Sultan VS State Ss. 302(b), 109, 148 & 149---Qatl-i-amd, abetment, rioting armed with deadly weapon, unlawful assembly---Appreciation of evidence---Medical evidence---Scope---Accused were charged for committing murder of the brother of complainant by firing---Medical evidence produced by the prosecution was not of much avail to the prosecution because the murder in issue had remained un-witnessed---Thus, the medical evidence could not point an accusing finger towards the appellants implicated in this case---Circumstances established that the prosecution could not prove its case against the appellants beyond any shadow of doubt---Appeal against conviction was allowed accordingly.
