Shakir Ullah VS State Ss. 302(b) & 338-a---Qatl-i-amd, isqat-i-haml---appreciation of evidence---Delay of two days in recording confessional statement of the appellant---Inconsequential---accused was charged for committing murder of his wife/daughter of the complainant by strangulating her neck---appellant was arrested on 15.06. 2020, and his confession was recorded two days later, on 17.06.2020, however, the two-day delay in recording the confession would not adversely affect its credibility---Delay in recording a confession, by itself, was not sufficient ground to dislodge its validity especially when in light of the medical evidence and other relevant circumstances, it had been established that the appellant was involved in the murder of his wife---appeal against conviction was dismissed, accordingly.
